Hualian, Taiwan H.E. Serkong Tritul Rinpoche of Gaden Jangtse Monastery recently built Mahasukhanga Monastery in the Hualian county of Taiwan. Serkong Tritul Rinpoche, an incarnation of Gaden Tripa of Jangtse Monastery was expelled from his monastery because he refused to surrender the practice of Dorje Shugden. However, he has since established his own monasteries and Dharma centers very successfully throughout Asia. Apart from Mahasukhanga Monastery, Serkong Tritul also has huge monasteries in Tibet, Nepal and 18 other centers worldwide. Readers' Comments
As predicted, Dorje Shugden’s practice is growing bigger and becoming more widely accepted in the world. The practice may ‘suffer’ suppression in the Tibetan communities, but in democratic free societies of the world, it is growing quickly and steadily. While in the West, there are now great temples of Dorje Shugden built by Lamas like Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Lamas in the east such as Serkong Tritul Rinpoche are also building, creating and preserving this holy lineage. These great Lamas are pioneers, bringing Dorje Shugden’s lineage and practice to the non-Tibetan worlds through their skill, speech, perseverance, Guru devotion, focus, knowledge and attainments. By their fundraising, teaching, inspiration and preservation of the lineage, these Lamas – in both the East and the West – show the power of their inner attainments.
