Venerable Abbot Lobsang Pende was together with Dr. Justice K.R. Naryak (Karnataka State Human Rights Commission) to cut the ribbon and officiate the opening ceremony of the magnificent Shar Gaden monastic University. Many guests, friends and dignitaries from all over the world came to wish Shar Gaden an auspicious start.
