This is Xia Feng Temple in the Yu Zhu District in You Yang County of Chong Qing City (重庆市酉阳县玉柱社区霞峰寺), China.

It has a Dorje Shugden image at their main shrine and the lama that is spreading the Dorje Shugden practice here is Lama Thubten Phurbu.

Dorje Shugden practice is already spreading to mainland China out from Tibet!
