This is a wonderful picture of Gaden Shartse’s, Geshe Tendar's reincarnation, Tendar Rinpoche. Geshe Tendar was a great scholar and practitioner of the higher tantras. He was renowned for his great learning of sutras/tantras and yet still being able to specialize in the higher tantras. He was a great master of the most rare rituals as he was a direct disciple of Trijang Rinpoche and Zong Rinpoche. In this picture, the current Kuten Lama (oracle) is pictured with Tendar Rinpoche in Mongolia!

Behind the young incarnation is a framed photo of his previous incarnation. May Tendar Rinpoche live long and spread Lama Tsongkhapa’s lineage.
